Wipro

Wipro has reported an impressive 25.9% year-on-year increase in its net profit, totaling Rs 3,569.6 crore for the March quarter. However, the outlook is less optimistic, as the IT giant cautioned that its IT services revenue might see a decline of up to 3.5% in the upcoming June quarter, citing global uncertainties. The company’s revenue for Q4 saw only a modest 1.3% rise to Rs 22,504.2 crore, reflective of a challenging global tech landscape.

Infosys

Today, Infosys is set to unveil its quarterly earnings, and investors are eagerly anticipating a potential dividend announcement. The company’s board is expected to decide on the payout and set the record date alongside the Q4 results, which could significantly impact market sentiment.

DLF

Real estate heavyweight DLF has secured a master framework agreement with Srijan Realty to divest its IT/ITeS SEZ project located in Kolkata. This Rs 693 crore transaction encompasses 25.9 acres of freehold land and the DLF Tech Park building, which boasts 10.54 lakh sq ft of leasable space. Structured as a slump sale, this deal is poised to enhance DLF’s cash flow.

Paytm

The stock of Paytm is under scrutiny after its founder and CEO, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, voluntarily relinquished 2.1 crore stock options granted under the 2019 ESOP plan. This decision results in a one-time non-cash expense of Rs 492 crore in Q4, drawing attention from investors amid regulatory scrutiny.

BHEL
