Despite not offering major discounts, Blinkit is concentrating on expanding its product range. Recently, it began providing quick delivery of air conditioners in key metropolitan areas, showcasing its commitment to broadening its offerings.
Swiggy’s Growth Strategy
In contrast, Swiggy is focusing on geographic expansion and the development of larger fulfillment centers, known as megapods. These facilities allow for an impressive inventory, stocking up to 50,000 SKUs, compared to traditional dark stores that average around 20,000 SKUs.
Instamart has recently achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first quick commerce platform to expand its services to 100 cities. The introduction of the Maxxsaver feature will be available across all these locations, further enhancing customer convenience.
