In their official exchange filing, CG Power stated, "The board of directors of the company at its meeting held today, i.e., 18th March 2025, have considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend at ₹1.30 per equity share."

Following this news, CG Power’s shares experienced a boost, climbing by approximately 3% during intraday trading on the BSE on the same day. This uptick reflects investor confidence and optimism surrounding the company’s financial health and dividend strategy.

Important Dates for Investors

For those looking to benefit from this dividend, CG Power has set March 22 as the record date. Shareholders on this date will be eligible to receive the dividend, which will be disbursed on or after April 16, 2025. As stated in their announcement: "The interim dividend will be paid on or after 16th April, 2025, but within 30 days from the declaration of interim dividend."
