Don’t Miss Out: Key Upcoming Dividends This Week from CRISIL to Ashiana Housing and Essential Stock Splits

From established firms like CRISIL to smaller players such as Saraswati Saree Depot, here’s everything you need to know from April 7 to April 11.

Dividend Payouts: What’s on Offer

This week, several companies are set to reward their shareholders with dividends. Notably, on Wednesday, April 9, Saraswati Saree Depot plans to distribute an interim dividend of ₹1.51 per share.

As the week progresses, two more companies will announce their ex-dividend trading on Friday, April 11:

  • Ashiana Housing: This prominent real estate developer from New Delhi has declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share for the financial year ending March 31. Shareholders can expect the payment to be credited within 30 days of the declaration.
  • CRISIL: This well-known analytics and ratings firm will issue a final dividend of ₹26 per share. To qualify, shareholders must be on record by April 14.

Stock Splits: Breaking Down Shares

In addition to dividends, two companies are set to undergo stock splits this week. Starting on Monday, April 7, Pervasive Commodities, an electronic product manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, will initiate a 10-for-1 stock split, lowering the face value of its shares from ₹10 to ₹1. The stock will trade ex-split on the same day, with April 7 as the record date.

Later in the week, on Friday, April 11, Enbee Trade & Finance will also execute a 10-for-1 stock split, making shares more accessible to investors.

Siemens Spin-Off: A Shift in Structure

Moreover, on April 7, Siemens will undergo a significant corporate maneuver by spinning off one of its business units. This strategic decision will result in the establishment of a new independent company, with existing shareholders receiving new shares in the spun-off entity.
