This announcement follows three interim dividends already distributed: ₹7, ₹8, and ₹15 per share. When combined, these payouts bring the total dividend for the financial year to an impressive ₹56 per share—equating to a remarkable 5,600% dividend yield based on the face value of the shares.

If you’re looking to benefit from this generous dividend, ensure you hold CRISIL shares by April 11. Investors who possess the stock on or before this date will qualify for the ₹26 final dividend, which is typically credited shortly after the company’s AGM and subsequent approval.

Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s Stake in CRISIL

Rekha Jhunjhunwala is a notable shareholder in CRISIL, owning 37.99 lakh shares, which represents a 5.19% stake in the company. This latest dividend payout is expected to yield her nearly ₹9.88 crore, highlighting the significance of her investment in CRISIL.

Current Market Performance of CRISIL Shares

Despite the attractive dividend, CRISIL’s stock has shown some volatility. Over the last five trading sessions, the share price has remained relatively stable. However, in the past month, CRISIL’s stock has experienced a decline of nearly 6%. This downward trend has continued over the past six months, with the stock dropping approximately 7% and around 15% over the last year.
