United Breweries Shares Positive Outlook

This dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, awaits approval from shareholders during the upcoming AGM. Should it receive the green light, distributions are expected by September 4, 2025.

Tata Chemicals Offers Attractive Dividend

Tata Chemicals announced a noteworthy dividend of ₹11, equating to 110% for the fiscal year 2024-25. If shareholders grant their approval during the 86th AGM, the company plans to issue payments within five days, subject to tax deductions at source.

Sonata Software Proposes Final Dividend

The board of Sonata Software has suggested a final dividend of ₹4.40 per equity share, representing 440% on a par value of Re 1 for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. This proposed dividend is also contingent on shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM and will be paid out within five days post-approval, after necessary tax deductions.
