In a significant address on Tuesday, Sanjay Malhotra, the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), outlined the central bank’s commitment to advancing financial inclusion and enhancing customer service. Speaking at an event celebrating the 90th anniversary of the RBI, he emphasized the need for a culture that prioritizes customer protection and service enhancement. He stated, "We shall strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement in customer services and strengthening customer protection."
