Last Mile Enterprises, Optimus Finance, Shukra Pharmaceuticals, and Softrak Venture Investment Set for Ex-Split Trading Today!

Today marks an important event for investors as several companies, including Last Mile Enterprises, Optimus Finance, Shukra Pharmaceuticals, and Softrak Venture Investment, will begin trading on an ex-split basis. This corporate action could significantly impact stock prices and trading volumes, making it essential for investors to pay attention. With a share split reducing the face value from ₹10 to Re 1, these changes aim to enhance market liquidity and make shares more affordable for retail investors.

Key Details on Stock Splits

Last Mile Enterprises

Last Mile Enterprises has officially announced a share split where one equity share with a face value of ₹10 will be divided into ten equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each. This move was ratified by shareholders, with the record date set for March 21, 2025. According to data from Trendlyne, this is the company’s first face value split since that date, making shares more accessible for a broader range of investors.

Optimus Finance

In a similar move, Optimus Finance will also conduct a split of its shares. Each existing equity share, previously valued at ₹10, will be subdivided into ten shares valued at Re 1 each. The eligibility for this subdivision will be determined based on the record date, ensuring that shareholders who purchased shares before March 21, 2025, will benefit from this change.

Shukra Pharmaceuticals

Shukra Pharmaceuticals has followed suit, implementing a share split that reduces its face value from ₹10 to Re 1. As of March 21, 2025, trades executed will reflect the new share value. This split is expected to attract more retail investors, enhancing liquidity in the market. Like the others, this is the first share split for Shukra since the record date.

Softrak Venture Investment

Lastly, Softrak Venture Investment joins the list of companies executing a face value split. The company has transitioned from a face value of ₹10 to Re 1 per share, also effective from March 21, 2025. According to Trendlyne, this is the only face value split the company has conducted since that date, aimed at improving accessibility and trading volume in the market.

Why Investors Should Pay Attention

  • Liquidity Improvement: Share splits typically enhance market liquidity, making it easier for investors to trade.
  • Increased Accessibility: Lower face values make stocks more affordable for retail investors, potentially leading to higher demand.
  • Market Dynamics: Keep an eye on how these splits affect overall stock performance and investor sentiment in the market.

Investors should stay informed and consider how these corporate actions may affect their portfolio. As the market adjusts to these changes, understanding the implications of stock splits can be crucial for making informed investment decisions.
