Adani Enterprises, Ports, and Power Surge: Key Insights from Q4 2025 Results

The latest quarterly results from Adani Group companies have sparked a surge in their stock prices, reflecting strong financial performances across the board. In early trading on Friday, shares of Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Adani Power, and Adani Green Energy saw notable increases, with investors reacting positively to the robust earnings reports for Q4 FY25. This surge indicates a growing confidence in the group’s ability to generate substantial profits.

Adani Ports’ Impressive Growth

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) experienced a notable jump of over 5% in share prices following the announcement of its Q4 results. The company reported a staggering 50% increase in consolidated net profit, rising from ₹2,025 crore to ₹3,023 crore year-on-year.

  • Revenue growth: The company’s operational revenue surged 23% to ₹8,488 crore.
  • EBITDA increase: Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also rose, up 24% YoY to ₹5,006 crore.
  • Cargo volume: Cargo volumes for the quarter reached 117.9 million metric tonnes, an 8% increase from the previous year.

Nuvama Institutional Equities has set a target price of ₹1,810 for Adani Ports, maintaining a ‘Buy’ rating based on projected growth rates.

Stellar Performance by Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises, the flagship of the group, reported a remarkable 756% increase in its consolidated net profit for the quarter, totaling ₹3,845 crore. This exceptional growth was largely attributed to a significant gain of ₹3,286 crore from the sale of its Adani Wilmar stake.

  • Revenue decline: Despite this profit surge, the company saw a 7.5% drop in consolidated revenue from operations, falling to ₹26,966 crore.

Adani Power’s Steady Numbers

Adani Power reported a 4% decrease in net profit, amounting to ₹2,637 crore for the same quarter. However, it managed to increase its revenue by 6.5% YoY, reaching ₹14,237 crore.

  • Capacity goals: The company aims for an ambitious 31 GW capacity by 2030, up from the current 17 GW.
  • Operational metrics: Adani Power ended FY25 with an operational capacity of 17.5 GW, indicating a 20% increase in generation.

Analysts from ICICI Securities have retained a ‘Buy’ rating for Adani Power and raised the target price to ₹610 from ₹600.

Adani Green Energy’s Positive Outlook

Adani Green Energy shares rose nearly 3% following an impressive 24% year-on-year growth in net profit, which reached ₹383 crore. Revenue from core operations also saw a significant increase of 21.6%, totaling ₹3,073 crore.

  • EBITDA growth: The company’s consolidated EBITDA surged 31% YoY.
  • Future capacity: The management noted that while project work was affected by rains, they are targeting 5 GW of new capacity for FY26.

Emkay Global Financial Services maintains a target price of ₹1,500 for Adani Green shares, reflecting confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.
