Nestle India Set to Reveal Q4 Results Tomorrow: 4 Crucial Factors Investors Need to Watch!

Nestle India, the renowned manufacturer of Maggi noodles, is set to unveil its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings report on April 24, 2025. Market analysts forecast that while the company might witness a modest revenue growth between 3-5%, its profits are projected to decrease by approximately 6%. A recent survey conducted by Moneycontrol involving 11 brokerages estimates that Nestle India’s revenue for Q4 will reach around ₹5,500 crore, a rise from ₹5,268 crore recorded during the same quarter last year. However, net profit is expected to dip to ₹870 crore, down from ₹924 crore in the previous fiscal year, primarily due to weak operational performance.

Predictions from Brokerages

Analysts from various firms have provided insights into Nestle’s anticipated financial outcomes for the March quarter of FY25. Nuvama highlighted that major players in the mid-tier sector, including Nestle, may experience varied results, influenced by ongoing economic conditions.

  • Kotak Institutional Equities estimates a 5.4% YoY revenue growth, driven largely by both domestic and export markets.
  • Axis Securities projects a 5% revenue increase, spurred by volume growth and price hikes.
  • Morgan Stanley expects a 4% growth in domestic revenue, although EBITDA margins may weaken.

Price Hikes and Market Dynamics

Nestle is anticipated to gradually increase prices by around 2% in Q4, primarily driven by rising coffee costs and other portfolio adjustments. Nuvama further notes that domestic sales could witness a 5-6% YoY growth alongside a 3% YoY increase in volumes.

Key forecasts include:

  • Kotak Institutional Equities:

    • Revenue: ₹5,553.40 crore (up 5.4% YoY)
    • Net Income: ₹877.50 crore (down 5.0% YoY)
  • Nuvama:
